Overview

The Climate Access Fund is seeking proposals from qualified Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) solar contractors for a community solar project ranging from 750 kW to 1 mW in size. The project location is Garrett College in McHenry, MD. At least fifty percent of the energy generated will benefit low-income households through a 20 - 25% discount on their electricity bill.
